Matt, at home,
not in a studio
Because I'm not the expert — I'm the person experts hire when the software won't cooperate. I've built this same machine one client at a time for fifteen years, at prices only a handful of people could pay, and I could take maybe four of those projects a year.
Building it once and renting it out is the only version of this that reaches the people who need it most: the ones who can't write a five-figure check to get their business off the ground. That's the whole reason it costs $197 instead of $30,000.
I built Thought Leader System because I kept meeting people who were worth ten times what they were charging, and had no idea.
I've spent over 15 years building the systems businesses run on. The pattern never changed…
Someone with real expertise, the kind that changes how a person lives or runs a business, would lose a whole Monday morning to software that wouldn't cooperate, and never get to the social media post or the webinar. They stayed busy and they stayed small, and someone with half their knowledge got the audience.
That's backwards. What you know should work for you. Right now most experts have it the other way around, trading hours for money and starting over every month.
So I built the part that isn't the expertise. The storefront, the courses, the community, the billing, the follow-up, all of it running as one business instead of ten subscriptions.
Fifteen years in, I still want the same thing for people like you. Not just a bigger audience. A business that runs on what you know, and the time, money, and freedom that come with it.
